Pickleball Smash ("we", "our", or "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to provide core game features:

• Sign in with Apple ID: A unique, anonymised user identifier provided by Apple. We never receive your real name, email address, or Apple ID password.
• Display Name: A name you choose for the leaderboard. This is publicly visible.
• Game Data: Your DUPR rating, match history, coins, cosmetics, stats, and arcade progress — stored to enable cloud save and leaderboard functionality.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your real name, email, phone number, or physical address.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not sell or rent your data to any third parties.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Cloud Save: Your game progress is synced to our servers so you can restore it if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
• Leaderboard: Your display name and DUPR rating are shown on the global leaderboard.
• Online Multiplayer: Your display name and rating are shared with opponents during online matches.
• Push Notifications: If you opt in, we use OneSignal to send occasional game notifications (e.g. daily coin reminders). You can disable these at any time in iOS Settings.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate the game:

• Supabase: Cloud database for storing game data and leaderboard. Supabase Privacy Policy

• Apple: Sign in with Apple authentication and in-app purchase processing. Apple Privacy Policy
• Meta (Facebook) SDK: We use the Meta SDK in our iOS app to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and understand how users discover our app. This may collect app install and launch events, and an anonymised advertising identifier (IDFA) if you have granted permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. 5. Analytics & Advertising

We use Meta (Facebook) analytics to understand how users discover and engage with our app at a high level (e.g. app installs, app opens). Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta by adjusting your Facebook Ad Preferences. On iOS, you can limit ad tracking by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disabling tracking for Pickleball Smash.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security policies. Only you can read or write your own game data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

7. Children's Privacy

Pickleball Smash is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only identifier we store is an anonymous Apple-provided user ID.

8. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). This permanently removes your data from our servers.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data (via in-app Delete Account or by contacting us).
• Opt out of push notifications at any time via iOS Settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
