By downloading or using Pickleball Smash, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully.

1. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

Pickleball Smash offers in-app purchases for virtual currency ("PickleCoins").

• No Real-World Value: PickleCoins hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender.
• Non-Refundable: All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable. Payment processing and refunds are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store, subject to their terms and conditions.

2. User Conduct

To maintain a fair and competitive environment, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
• Create offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate display names for the global leaderboard.

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

3. Modification or Discontinuation

We are constantly updating and improving Pickleball Smash. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game (or any part of it, including specific modes or features) at any time, with or without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pickleball Smash is provided on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the game, including data loss or device issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international mobile application laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
